Very interesting.Looks like they are trying to duck responsibility. But I do like the advice to professionals to actually go to meetings and maybe even call around to see about the different meetings. I wonder though if they actually go to check the AA meetings out,will they still suggest their client to go?
It is horrible that they try to say that the tables have turned and now it could seem wrong not to send clients to Alcoholics Anonymous meetings.I have heard that before as the reason some professionals send clients to AA/NA-just to protect their own ass!
Pathetic really………wake up and smell the coffee and stop throwing your patients to the wolves!
Antidenial- I agree. I doubt that they go to any meetings to see if they are safe. They are not safe and no one knows and they don’t care. Maybe some care but not enough.
